Kando Matsubara - Vice President and Managing Director, Japan Office

As head of the Trianz Japan office, Kando manages all of the firm’s relationships with our Japanese clients. In this capacity, he oversees sales, delivery, and solution development for all Product Engineering clients with operations in Japan.

Prior to assuming leadership at Trianz Japan, Kando worked at Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., one of the most successful foreign joint ventures in Japan. Here, he served in the sales function at Fuji Xerox for several years in both Japan and the United States. He has worked for Xerox International Partners (XIP) and FX Global Inc., both at the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) in California. Kando also worked for the Fuji Xerox Corporate Strategy Office and was one of the founding members of KDI (Knowledge Dynamics Initiative), a Fuji Xerox consulting team for knowledge management.

Kando holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Keio University and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.
