Mr. Srinivas Chidambaram

Mr. Chidambaram is the Managing Director of Jacob Ballas Capital India Pvt Ltd ("JBC") and is responsible for recommending Fund investments as well as the day to day operations of the company and supervising the management team. Mr. Chidambaram joined JBC in 2005. He has 18 years of financial services and BPO sector experience, including 9 years of private equity experience in India.From October 2003 until March 2005, Mr. Chidambaram served as Principal Engagement Manager with HCL technologies' investment banking technology and operations division, and was responsible for financial institution relationships and strategic alliances in the BPO area. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as an Associate Director with HSBC Private Equity Management Mauritius Ltd. at their New Delhi office. He commenced his career with SRF Finance Ltd. (since acquired by GE Capital) where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.

Mr. Chidambaram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kerala, India and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
